- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Not complicated. We look at how much time is involved and add material. If there is extensive labor involved we negotiate price accordingly before start of project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Every job is a new situation and that's our continuing education.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Floyd and I have always worked with our hands. Floyd is from snow country and being handy is a must during winter months to survive. I come from a long line of tradesmen from my great grandfather, grandfather and my Dad. It's in our blood and its what we do naturally.
