Moors multi repair is really great when mr moor explained the procedures for how to fix my shower and the cost I was blown away because he worked swiftly and with pinpoint precision’s and despite him already having great prices he even gave me a 20% first time customer discount

He arrived late in a Toyota Corolla with a small ladder unconventionally strapped to the top of his car. I provided the job details as well as the manufacturers installation instructions prior. He rolled out of the car with a salesman and his son. I was immediately concerned if he had the basic tools to complete the project as I provided the shutters and paint. They jumped on the project not using one of the manufactures fasteners provided while proclaiming he knew better! See the picture attached...lasted less than a week! The painting job was disgusting! Paint on the trim, drops on the porch, brushed like a complete armature! Payed for more than half of the job when only 40% was done and boy that was a mistake! Reached out after to discuss concerns, no response! But please see the attached correspondence proclaiming I asked for inferior service.

Thank you sir for your review. It would’ve been more appreciative if you were completely honest. To begin with , who would utilize a compact vehicle such as a Toyota Corolla transporting 12ft ladder? 2nd indeed, you provided brand new shutters with instructions that were included in the box. However, per your request; you instructed my partner and I that you wanted the shutters to be installed in way that they would not be removed easily, thus leading us with your approval to use tap cons in an unconventional manner securing shutters to the home. Once the shutters were installed, I had you to perform an inspection to confirm satisfaction with each shutter. Your response was “they’re not going anywhere. Y’all did a great job”. 3rd you entered your vehicle and abruptly backed out of your driveway crashing into the boxes of shutters, nearly hitting my son in the process as he was rolling up the extension cord. This left me 1 worker short, because he felt uncomfortable continuing working because of your wild antics. As stated in the partial message that you posted; Moore’s Multi Repairs takes pride in what we do and strives for 100% customer satisfaction. Again as stated prior, if you were not completely satisfied with the job that was performed, you could have expressed your concerns and I could’ve made necessary corrections immediately. Additionally, you later messaged me “I just bought an extension ladder. I think I'm going to tackle the gable on my own. Thanks for all of your help today!” I also offered to return same day to remove the 2 droplets of paint from porch, along with the small area of paint from the trim. You replied “ it doesn’t matter only I will notice it.” Your username on the platform was questionable Ted Bundy? Upon arrival at your residence, something seemed a little off; which immediately raised a red flag. I should listed to my gut feeling and declined the job. Please see attached photos, I which you can see the type of ladder used and work that was performed.
