Mr. Frampton has been tutoring me in Math (Algebra and Geometry)for a few years and I can say that he's definitely the best Math tutor I've ever had. When I first started working with him, I was terrible in math and didn't have any confidence in my abilities but he was patient with me and cared about making sure I succeeded. He's very knowledgeable and explains everything step by step in a way that I was able to understand. With his help, I've passed tests and received A's in my college courses in math. I've never failed with him and any time I need help in math, he's my go to person. His tutoring has given me the ability to believe that I can be successful in a subject that once wasn't one of my strong suits. Not only is he an excellent tutor, he's a nice person and has a great sense of humor. During our sessions, I would be stressed out but he always knows how to make me laugh and that would help to ease my mind. I would recommend him to anyone who is having difficulty in math.
Jim and his team of tutors are excellent to work with. Jim found just the right Math tutor for me to pass my college math classes. Having been out of school for many years, I was more than just a little nervous about being back in the classroom. The one-on-one tutoring that was convenient to my schedule was perfect. Thanks Jim and the whole A++Team.
She is a very great math tutor, and goes in depth when explaining how to approach each problem so that I was able to understand how to do it.
Excellent ACT tutoring.
Miss Viki, I must say gets a 10 plus for her hard patient work. Actually, I was disabled in many areas of my adult life from a head injury. This wonderful lady was my tutor at Tidewater Community college in Virginia Beach. She saw me through all my needs. Beyond a doubt she's tops. Now, I own my own business 9 years later. I love this special lady :) I highly recommend her services. Clever in other subjects also. Linda
George is a great tutor. Earlier this semester, I was struggling in Stats. I knew George did a lot of tutoring, so I decided to ask for help. He explains the work in an easy to understand way. He doesn't just do the work for you - he helps in a way that allows me to do my own work and figure things out myself with his guidance. He gives background information on the material and makes sure you understand what and why you are doing the problem, so that you can complete it easily. I know I WILL be getting tutored by him again.
Mr. Fullwood is truly an outstanding teacher. He was able to help my daughter understand the lesson concepts and taught her a new way of seeing Geometry. We look forward to more of his teaching style this school year.
My daughter desperately needed help with AP calculus and Dr. Hebert has a blessing!

With my over 45 years of teaching and tutoring experience, my students experience great success with the one-on-one approach. Being able to boost their confidence is the key. Whether you need help in college algebra, algebra, geometry, trigonometry , basic math, and SAT or ACT prep, I will help you achieve your goals. I bring a level of patience that is evident at first contact with a client. A wise accomplished teaching professional shared this quote with me during my initial teaching journey, "students don't care what you know until they know that you care." That bit of advice is the cornerstone to establishing a rapport with students in the classroom as well as with one-on-one clients. Lastly, recognition that Math does not come easy to most students as well as clients. Math comes easy for most Math Teachers and that should be used as a pathway to individual Math Competency for the client and should not be used to make the client feel inadequate in the content area. I have experienced classrooms where the instructor has a "why don't you know this approach." That approach is never conducive to a positive teaching/learning exchange. Teaching doesn't happen until learning is happening. Until learning happens, it's just noise.

I have over 15 years of tutoring experience. My students have performed excellent not only in academic grading but also in standardized testing. My goal as a tutor is to make sure students learn and master the concepts, then use the concepts to solve problems presented in different formats. This approach allows students to expand skill set to solve any problem fast and accurate. Once the confidence is developed, it gives students the abilities which helps further in learning. When it comes to studying for tests it is important that you have enough practice on the material for the test. With enough practice on similar problems it becomes the second nature to start working on the problem immediately as you read it. This allows you to not only solve problems fast and accurately and you always have time to review your work. This is the technique that I motivate in my students for them to get good grades in tests. In simple works it is the practice that makes you perfect so I use that approach to prepare the students for the tests.
