He schedules the appointment date and time and then doesn't show. This has happened on several occasions. He missed his first appointment due to a situation out of control. I was flexible and forgiving. Every appointment since, he has either not been on time or doesn't show. He was hired to set up a wooden play set. He put the chalkboard on backwards so it can't be used. He was supposed to come back and fix it and has continued his no show- lack of communication pattern ever since. If he didn't leave his drill here I don't think he would ever come back at all. I waited to leave a review because I was hoping he would redeem himself. I am disappointed in his lack of professionalism and job completion. As of today, the job has not been successfully completed.
