- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Communication is the key, I diligently spend time learning the needs of my clients to create the best plan of action to accomplish their task.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Hands on approach and learning from past experiences, both good and bad, is the key to success. I've spent years working in the business as a drafter, designer, and estimator. However, most of what I know and how to problem solve comes from my Grandfather, who as a retired shop teacher, always took the time to teach me.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Professional working behind the scenes all those years helped me out to learn the basics. When my wife and I bought our first house things took off from there and I started doing all kinds of projects which eventually turned into the whole house being renovated over the years.
