He didn’t show up to our appointment!! He failed to communicate to my property manager that he’d be running nearly 50 minutes late until she reached out. My property manager and the tenants waited, and waited past the 50 minutes he said he’d be running. When my property manager reached out he answered, hung up on her and proceeded to ignore her calls. He later messaged me asking to reschedule the appointment. NOPE!! For what? To waste everyone’s time again?! No, thank you.
I will say though, up until that point, he communicated well. I was looking forward to hiring him for all of my future projects.
