I hired Jamie to cater my daughter's graduation party of about 20 guests. Everyone raved about the food. Both in taste and presentation the food was top notch. It added so much class to the party. And Jamie was so easy to work with. She created the menu and worked with me to get it just right. She ordered and picked up the cake so I wouldn't have to run around the day of the party.
When the party was over, she packed up the leftovers for us, and cleaned up while I entertained my guests. She made my party run so smoothly. I would definitely hire her again.
Thank you Jamie!

Jamie was an excellent choice for our occasion! We had an 80th birthday party for my mom with 25 guests at our home. Jamie was wonderful as we planned a menu for a sit down dinner party. She was on time, food display was beautiful including flowers, and food was excellent. We particularly enjoyed the sliced steak, horsey sauce, and onion jam. After dinner, Jamie returned, packed up left overs for us, and cleaned up. It really was nice for me to relax and visit with company while enjoying a delicious meal with family and friends. She is a real pro and very reasonably priced. Don't hesitate to hire her!!

Jamie, of Fodrey Catering Concepts, was wonderful to work with. I knew immediately upon meeting her that she would be perfect for our event.
Throughout the process she helped us through our many questions and was willing to take on as much as I would give her or give me the latitude to do as much as I want to do myself.
The food and presentation were superb! Everyone raved about it. Jamie also made sure that we had a head table presentation fit for royalty. Thank you Jamie for a fabulously catered event!

Jamie catered my parents 50th Anniversary Party in September and it was a huge success in part due to her wonderful offerings! We enjoyed Steak Sliders, Crab Cakes & Herb Chicken with Red Bliss Potatoes, Green Beans & Salad. Everything was delicious! She was delightful to work with...prepared and professional! Have already referrred her to folks in Williamsburg. Can't thank you enough Jamie!
