FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I like to personally assess the space I’m asked to clean in person. This way I can see for myself what I can do, in how much time and at what price. This way you can find the most fair price. Estimates are determined by the different variables that include the type of cleaning you are looking for (Standard/Deep), soil levels, the number of rooms & baths & of course whether we have pets in the home. I offer free estimates, at no obligation to you. During an estimate we adhere to the COVID guidelines & discuss details about any preferences you may have. Estimates last about 30 minutes but don’t take more than an hour. I bring in all the product myself, all the tools & all the equipment ~ you do not have to provide any product, unless of course you’d like me to use your own personal vacuum, product ect. We’re here to provide the best service possible.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
In all honesty, I’m nervous when working for a new client the first time. The reason being that when I set foot in their home for the first time, I am trying to give the very best that I’ve got to offer. You also want to make the best impression possible of yourself & your company that you represent. My main goal is always total customer satisfaction, I realize that money does not grow on trees & I want them to see that if they hire me as a service ~ it is money well spent. In the end I know joy is the end result and that motivates me & gives me enthusiasm that when I am finished, my client is going to be ecstatic over the fruits of my labor.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I used to be housewife, my only job was raising my three kids & keeping a clean home. One day a friend of mine who was a housekeeper in Charlottesville, Va moved away to another state and asked me if I would be interested in taking over a house she kept for an elderly couple. I took the job & worked for the best people, who were so friendly, so kind & courteous. I worked for them several years, they began recommending me to their friends & they began to hire me to help them keep their homes. I realized I was pretty good at keeping a clean home. In time I became better & better at what I do & learned the trade. My clientele grew & finally I decided to start my own company which brings us to the present day.
