I was having issues with a computer program on my PC. Eduardo was able to ask me questions that helped him pinpoint the issue resided in my BIOS. He was able to go into my system and resolve the issue in a timely manner, while also explaining what he was doing the entire time so that I gained a better understanding of the system. I really appreciated this because it gave me an idea of how to fix the issue in the future if it resurfaced. I have already recommended this business to a few of my friends, and they have all had positive experiences as well.

My mother (65 y/o) was having issues with her laptop and he was able fix her problems very fast. She's not the best with technology and I am not great at explaining, so I'm thankful he was able to assist her. I also had him fixed some issues with my PC that I could not figure out. I didn't even know your fans could fail in your PC.
