Pricing will decrease based off services offered to individuals I cant physically come to.

My typical process for working with a new customer is 1.) greeting and information on problem 2.) providing diagnosis services 2.) repair/fix or part sourcing for later repairs

I have an Associates in Computer Science. I also hold two IT certifications: ITF+ and A+
