Did a fantastic job installing a new boiler for the house last fall in Mecahnicsville and performing some demolition work inside of my basement for a refurbishment I had planned. Good communication. A++work
Removed bulk items, yard waste, and construction debris. Excellent, prompt service, super nice guy!
Ramone came to my home on my preferred date. He was punctual and professional. He fixed my roof, and went over and beyond expectations, evening cleaning my gutters of pine needles. He is a Great Contractor and I will be hiring again very soon. He is going to make a hand railing outside my front door look like new again. Hire him quickly, He's outstanding.
Beto and his team did a bathroom remodel for me. They were quick, responsive and dependable. Out of everyone I had met, they were the best price. They were reliable in terms of the estimated project timeline as well. The contractors were courteous and respected my space. Well done. The remodel included: removing/demolishing the existing vanity, mirror, light fixture, sink, toilet, and tiles. Installing/mounting new vanity, light fixture, vessel sink, toilet, and tiles. However, there were a two specific things that I would like to mention that can be improved. (1) Attention to detail: With the remodel included adding light fixtures above the bathroom vanity. When I came in to check how the work was going, the contractors did not measure the area to center the lighting above the sink. I don't think a contractor should require that much hand holding - centering fixtures is common sense. It was neither aligned to the right, left, or center. I did not comprehend what logic was used to mount it. This was part of the finishing touches of the project, so I suspect they wanted to wrap up and leave. However, I will say that anything I pointed out was fixed. If I mentioned anything to Beto, he would make sure the problem was addressed. (2) Accountability: After the work was completed, I had some issues with the toilet leaking at the base that the team installed. I contacted Beto - he did not respond. I contacted him again and he told me he would schedule a visit to check out the issue. I never heard back from him. So while he's responsive during the project, if there are any issues with their work after the fact, don't count on them to return. Overall, I would reconsider hiring Alcon Quality because of their prices and overall reliability. But I do recommend to Beto that he not forget his customers after the job is complete and be accountable for the work after his team packs up.
Jeff and the team did quite a bit of exterior wood rot repairs for us then power washed everything and painted our house trim all in 4 days.We are located near Bottoms Bridge. They are great guys- professional, timely, friendly and hard working. They even offered to throw in a few extras for us! This is the first time we used them but we were very happy with the job and would definitely hire them again!
Super thorough job! I had a window leak; unlike the last contractor we called, he used caulk that matched the siding of our house on the outside, and the caulk job on the inside was professional, neat, and clean. He also guarantees his work and will come back free of charge if it leaks again.
I met Jason while he was doing some work for my neighbor and asked him if he could assist me with some projects which he did. His work was so good that I expanded the relationship to some projects for our company. Jason is the best -- reliable, knowledgeable, experienced, trustworthy, fair and just a great guy to work with. I highly recommend him. If you want to know more contact me for a reference at (804) 385-3501.
When first meeting Steve Rohr, I was impressed with his patience and time going over my job, ways we might reduce some costs and how he would approach the project. He is both repairing and renovating my townhouse, including laying new floors and refinishing others. He also is painting the entire interior. He is an impressive painter, a capable carpenter and a terrific handyman. Moreover, he is sensitive to working around my schedule. I highly recommend Steve Rohr. His extensive experience in major construction - and his enjoyment of smaller jobs - create the perfect combination of a general contractor with knowledge, expertise and top customer service. His bid also beat out that of another qualified contractor. Steve is the ultimate professional - and an honest, decent businessman . Hire him!
