Karla and her husband Grieven and their crew were the best to work with! My deck demo screened porch from start to finish took 12 days. Communication was top notch. The build out started promptly at 7am and even at times incorporated a Saturday. I couldn’t be more pleased. My dream that I envisioned became an affordable reality. I hired RVA Modern Renovation to remodel my 3rd floor walk-up attic and gut and refresh my guest bathroom. They did an exceptional job. Renovations in a 100+ year old house are never easy. With nothing being square, old plumbing and questionable wiring, the team had to work with caution and intentionality to minimize any collateral damage to other parts of the house. They delivered to our expectations and created some beautiful spaces. I will have them back for the next round in the spring.
