Karla and her husband Grieven and their crew were the best to work with! My deck demo screened porch from start to finish took 12 days. Communication was top notch. The build out started promptly at 7am and even at times incorporated a Saturday. I couldn’t be more pleased. My dream that I envisioned became an affordable reality. I would urge you to consider this company. Their size keeps them affordable and able to deliver on their word. Many many heartfelt thanks!

RVA Modern Renovations did a complete build out of my attic space and every aspect of the job was top quality and beautifully done. Their people were very professional and kept the job site very clean and neat so as not to interfere with the rest of our house. Karla was a pleasure to work with, extremely responsive and in touch throughout the entire job. Could not be more pleased with the outcome.
