Karla and her crew with RVA Modern Renovations did an absolutely amazing job with the repairs to my home. We needed siding repairs, new gutters and fascia boards. She was very responsive and up front about costs and was able to give me an on the spot estimate when there was a surprise repair needed (water damage under the siding). They worked very quickly and efficiently. They always showed up right on time and kept me posted on the progress. As mundane as it sounds, the little steps they took that weren't necessary really speak volumes. I had put a tarp around my rose bush where the work needed to be done and when the job was complete they removed the tarp, folded it neatly and left it on my porch. They also reinstalled our drain/tubing for our rain barrels in our new downspout. Overall I'm very pleased with how everything turned out and would use their services again for any future projects without hesitation.
