- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices for projects are roughly set and can be affected by ceiling height, multiple sets of moulding or similar factors that would add time and supplies to a project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I'll recieve photos of the area, discuss expectations and then give an estimate. from there we'll schedule a start date for within a few days to whenever works for you the client. It's a 50% deposit on the day work starts and the remainder after project completion.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I've worked for commercial apartment buildings, vacation beach home management companies, offices other contractors and families.
