- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is very transparent and fair I always try to give a fair price and if there is a big job I can always try to give a discount to the customer for doing a big project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by sending a message through the app, making a phone call, or sending a text message. I always begin by asking what needs to be done at the property to get an idea of the scope of the work; then, I go to inspect the project and conduct an assessment. At that point, I can provide an estimate on the spot or send a detailed estimate via text message.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The training I have, has been acquired on the field, I have learned next to very skilled workers and I have been in the industry for a long time.
