Our pricing is based on the total square footage, the condition of the surfaces, and the type of finish you desire. For interior projects, we provide a clear breakdown that includes all prep work (patching, sanding, and caulking). For exterior projects, we factor in power washing and any necessary wood repairs. We offer free on-site estimates to ensure an accurate quote, and we provide a 10% discount for whole-home projects or military/senior citizens.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We treat your home as if it were our own. For every new customer, we begin with a clear project timeline so you know exactly what to expect. We prioritize cleanliness and communication, providing daily updates on our progress. Whether it’s an interior bedroom or a full exterior siding refresh, our goal is to provide a beautiful, lasting finish with minimal disruption to your daily life.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are a professionally trained company with a focus on safety and durability. we hold Virginia Class A Contractor’s License we have over 15 years of hands-on experience in the trade. I began my career apprenticing under a master painter where I the essential techniques of surface preparation, color matching, and specialty finishes. Since then, I have successfully completed hundreds of residential projects, staying up-to-date with the latest product advancements from brands like Sherwin-Williams and Benjamin Moore."
