Not very communicative or reliable. The whole scheduling/appt confirmation process seemed kind of unofficial and fly-by-the-seat-of-your-pants. Ultimately, the scheduled day/time came and nobody had reached out until they were supposed to be there to say they would be an hour late. An hour later, still nothing. So we called and they said “they stopped to eat” but “were on their way soon” so we just canceled the appointment. Very disappointing experience
