Andrew was quick to respond, very friendly in his correspondence, and arrived on time. However, we found his performance of the scheduled work to be very poor. On the first visit, we were billed for the complete job (mow, edge, debris removal, and cleanup) yet we found that the edging was not done. Andrew admitted this once I asked him about it but it was not brought up until then. We scheduled another complete mow, etc. as well as REMOVAL of a few invasive plants in our azalea area and weed-whacking of the groundcover in the same area. Andrew sent a message saying the azalea area was complete. Upon observation, we found that the plants were not removed but were simply cut down to the ground...which actually creates more of a problem for us and we will still have to hire someone else to remove them. Also the groundcover was very sloppily and unevenly trimmed, and all of that debris was left behind for us to cleanup. I was surprised by this since all of his other reviews are so excellent. I canceled an upcoming visit and would not recommend Tri City for your lawn care needs.

Both of the gentleman I dealt with were professional and prompt. They came to evaluate my yard and I was impressed with the estimated price. I will be using them again!
