This review is long overdue. My family and I have been nomadic, moving four times in the past four or so years. Each time we used a different moving company. Pick Up Movers did our last move in October 2022, and I will never call any other company again! Frank was incredibly responsive, professional, and kind. In our initial chat, he was able to honestly assess the number of movers and amount of time it would take to relocate, and his estimate was spot on! The moving crew was also amazing. They were right on time, worked really hard, didn't dilly dally, and didn't damage anything throughout the entire process. I'd definitely recommend them, and would 100% use them again.

Excellent experience overall! This company is very professional and a pleasure to work with! The scheduling process went smoothly. Frank was very patient in answering my questions and he documented all of the details of my move accurately. I received a contract with a reliable estimate. The movers were awesome! They arrived on time and worked very efficiently. I was pleased with the steps taken to protect my hardwood floor and items that were being moved. The movers made two stops and completed the job for a fair price. I highly recommend their services.

Moved our stuff from Raleigh, NC to New York City. They were the first to reply with a quote, and still had the best estimate for our needs. Pierre was very friendly and helpful with getting us set up, and the whole process was what we expected. The pick-up was a day early than estimated, although they arrived hours later than what they told us (which is okay because they were still early technically), and the drop-off was exactly on time. Moving long-distance is incredibly stressful and I'm happy that Pick Up Movers made it as seamless as possible (on top of it, without tacking on extra charges for whatever!). Thank you!

    I really wished customers knew that moving is not a brute profession, but it involves thinking, and planning. Loading a truck is like playing a tetris game. many novice movers don't understand the importance of packing that truck tight, and right. This ensures that everything fits. Also, that movers may not ask, but we enjoy tips and food. It makes the job go smooth. LOL!
