- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We keep our pricing simple, transparent, and fair. No hidden fees. Pricing is based on service type, vehicle size or surface area, and overall condition. We offer bundle discounts for customers booking multiple vehicles or combining detailing with power washing. Repeat clients can also receive loyalty pricing and seasonal promotions.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by asking a few quick questions about your vehicle or property so we understand exactly what you need. Once we know the scope, we provide a clear quote and schedule a time that works for you. On the day of service, we confirm arrival, walk through the job with you, and get to work. When finished, we do a final walkthrough to make sure everything meets your expectations before we leave
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team has hands-on experience in professional mobile detailing, stain and odor removal, paint-safe washing, and full exterior restoration methods. We’ve also trained in safe pressure washing, including soft-wash techniques for siding, concrete cleaning, and surface restoration. We use industry-standard tools, chemicals, and processes to ensure safe and high-quality results.
