- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The longer the required time for speaking, the more discounted the speaking fee.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Schedule a call to make sure I am clear on your needs. 2. Submit a Non-refundable 50% deposit after the call, if we are a good fit. 3. Receive other 50% on the day of event, upon arrival to location.
