- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I feel that my prices are reasonable & are a reflection of the kind of care, concern, & quaIity I take in my approach to any project that I take on.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually will give the customer a call or they can call me. I'm very easy to talk to because I know moving can be stressful. I love what I do so leave all the moving to me. I also take any small requests to make sure the customer is 110% satisfied. Do not worry when working with me. I will do anything & everything within my means to get the job done & the customer's stress level to be at 0.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I ran a windows & doors business with my father for 5+ years, but I have many years of experience in all facets of homebuilding. Logistics is something that I have taught myself. I am an observer & try to pick up something from everything that I do. Anything from shower faucets to dryers. Jack of all trades but master of none.
