We worked on a fashion event of 200+ with models, photographers, and guests. We did a vegan and vegetarian menu that was a hit. It took us 6 hours to prepare the food and 2 hours to set up. Working with a woman's organization of 500 guests with 2 buffets setup. It took us 3 days to prepare the food and 2 hours to set up everything.
