- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Pricing is project specific based on hourly estimations and need for additional supplies (ie: Pantry - 3 hours, purchase of storage containers, removal of products, restructuring of products). All consultations are free! Multi-room projects: 15% Discount Whole home: 25% Discount Referral: 40% Discount off of next services after completion of referral's project
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I'm a people person, so I spend my time talking with the client during the phone and site conversations really understanding their needs. A client may think they want a complete overhaul, but may only need a re-cycling. We will determine a project best fit, I will provide a proposal, I will work during the project times, and any issues will be addressed at the time of project close-out during the last hour or day of work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?BS in Chemistry and a Master of Business Administration. Space oriented work with a focus on process and structure. Previously held Real Estate license.
