I enjoyed my in-person experience with Andrew! he has great coaching and teaching skills that I didn't find in another coach. Andrew wasn't only a coach but a friend and a workout buddy who listened to me and pushed me to work harder and try my best. Drew is a thoughtful trainer. He thinks about what’s going to work best for you and your body to help you achieve your goals. And then he pushes you to do it! He also makes our time together fun with his jokes and funny insights. My body is in better shape because of Drew. Even on those days I don’t really feel like going, I’m always glad I did once I’m there with Drew. He’s the real deal and I appreciate what he does for me.

Working with Flex Your Gains was a life changer. During Covid, I gained so much weight that I became heavier than I’d ever been aside from when I was pregnant with my daughter. Drew provided me with sustainable meal plans and effective work out routines that I could do at home. The transformation in my body over the course of just a couple of months was drastic. Not only did I lose weight, I lost inches and toned so much that I met my abs for the first time & had definition in my arms. I used to be all about cardio, but I learned to LOVE strength training. Best choice ever! I highly recommend!

Every session with Drew is an experience! He really makes you dig deep and push yourself harder than you could do alone. Very family oriented and caring of your health and fitness goals. His plans are realistic and he puts the facts first. With Drew my ACFT scores improved from a 448 to a 560 within six month of training.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    I usually have each new customer fill out a questionnaire to determine their goals, abilities and any prior injuries. The first session will be a partial assessment/goal conversation and workout.

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

    I have worked with clients trying to lose weight, build muscle, build endurance, get stronger and competing for a body building show.
