Introduction: I can do an array of things around the house. I most recently did a complete kitchen remodel from the floor joists up. I removed a support wall and built a header opening the kitchen to the dining room. It was a house built in 1918 so there were a lot of plumbing and electrical updates. I installed hardwood floors. I framed an alcove for the refrigerator and a utility closet/pantry. I installed cabinets, appliaces, fixtures in the kitchen and new half bathroom. I replaced the sliding glass door. I built a knee wall to support a bar that I built on the dining room side of the cabinets. Check out my pics!
I updated old and ran new plumbing. I relocated a hot water heater, cast iron radiator and a gas boiler. I repair and install appliances. I do light electrical work i.e. add outlets and switches, as well as hang fixtures. I can repair small engines such as lawn mowers and weed eaters. I can do just about everything, just ask!

Quality Handyman Services (QHS) did an excellent job remodeling my kitchen and adding a half bathroom downstairs. My house was built in 1918 so there were a few surprises along the way but Jeremiah didnt skip a beat. He was able to do all of the work himself with the exception of the electrical wiring update necessary. Jeremiah updated plumbing and ran new for the new location of the dishwasher and the new bathroom. He also installed all of the new plumbing fixtures in both the bathroom and kitchen including the garbage disposal.
Jeremiah did all of the demo and removed all of the debris. He did everything from replacing rotten floor joists to taking out a support wall and building a new support beam to open the kitchen up to the dining room. He put in hardwood floors, framed an alcove for the refrigerator and a utility closet/pantry. I formerly had to keep my pantry items in the closet that housed the washer/dryer. He moved the w/d upstairs and when I saw how big the closet actually was, I asked if he could turn it into a bathroom. He did it! No more climbing the stairs 4-5 times a day to use the bathroom!!!
I also had him install new cabinets and all new appliances including an over-the-range microwave that required the exterior wall to be opened to vent to the outside. He moved and removed two cast iron radiators, installed a new sliding glass door to my patio, exposed the original brick to make a backsplash, built a support wall for a bar looking into the new kitchen from the dining room. I had new lights, switches and outlets installed too. It was a huge undertaking and Jeremiah made it as painless as possible.
I am having QHS replace my porch light, repair my gate and build a cover over my back porch this summer!
I highly recommend QHS. You cant beat their prices!

Mr. Cockram is the handyman I have been searching for: courteous, polite, efficient, not stand around talking, did spending time making other appointments. Came in, and started working. Mr Cockram came with needed supplies and anticipated needs for small adjustment. I have contacted him again for additional needs.

I contacted Jeremiah to build a fence for me and also to do some painting and wood repair on my shed and screened in porch. Jeremiah was very knowledgeable and able to anticipate my needs throughout the project. I gave him very little direction and the finished result was just what I had in mind. He is detail oriented and a hard worker, the quality is excellent. I found his prices to be extremely reasonable and plan to contact him for my future home improvement needs.

Jeremiah built both a foundation and shed for me and I was very impressed with his professionalism and commitment to provide quality work. He was very conscientious of his work and he made it a point to keep me abreast of what was going on. I was more than pleased with his work ethic and the timeliness in which he completed the job.
