Kurt was very prompt and efficient and came back to inspect a problem I had spotted during last weekend's heavy rain. He recommended a fix and will send someone to take care of that. I had been unable to get a contractor to show up with memorial day approaching, but Kurt came out and got the most urgent items taken care of, came back with crew to complete sealing job, once rain passed and gutters dry enough to finish coat. Kurt came and inspected the work himself. I will use Hammersmith again, and I am requesting a quote from them to paint the front of my home, now that the leaks appear to be stopped.

I actually am unable to give a true rating because they never were able to keep the appointment times they told me they were coming, so ultimately I canceled the work order. Since this seems to be my personal experience with many contractors, I feel this is average for the industry. Everyone I spoke with was very pleasant, and pricing was acceptable, but I think they need to work on clearer communications with customers. And when setting the expectation that they will be there, but are unable to make it, to let the customer know in advance.
