This moving company, which appears to be a small, family-run operation, unfortunately did not meet professional standards. While the father-and-son team sent were very kind, they lacked the necessary experience and equipment for a smooth move. The father, having recently undergone pacemaker surgery, was clearly not in a condition to be performing strenuous moving tasks. His son, while willing, struggled significantly with heavier items, indicating a lack of professional moving experience. They also arrived without essential tools that most professional movers would have on hand, further hindering their efficiency. The move itself took much longer than anticipated. They were slow at the first location, partly due to taking frequent phone calls, and I was paying by the hour. To expedite the process, I even had to help them unload at the new house. What should have been a maximum four-hour job stretched to five hours, and they didn't even complete the task of reassembling my bed. While the individuals themselves were pleasant, I cannot recommend this company for professional moving services.
