- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are very affordable! All of our packages include a state authorized officiant to perform your ceremony on your chosen date at your chosen time and location within the Richmond area (up to 30 miles from downtown). If your location is farther away call or e-mail for pricing. The officiant will file your license with the circuit court you used to issue your paperwork. You can add a rehearsal to any of our packages for as little as $90.00*. 20 guests or fewer - $120.00 If you are planning an elopement or a small informal ceremony with fewer than 20 guests, our “Court House Special” option priced at $120.00 sound perfect for you! It includes: • A 30-minute consultation with the couple by phone or by Zoom/ Skype if requested (an in-person consultation with the couple can be scheduled for an additional fee) • Unlimited phone and email consultations • A ceremony designed with your input • A state authorized celebrant officiating your ceremony (1hour) • Travel to the venue within 30 miles of downtown Richmond* • Filing your license with the circuit court that issued your paperwork Also, If you are planning something intimate and you don't have a special place in mind, our “Chapel” package offers a "micro wedding" venue for couples that want an intimate ceremony with 12 guests or less in a unique setting. It is priced at $300.00. The maximum number of people for a ceremony inside the chapel is 15 (this would include the couple, your guests and a photographer if you hire one). If you want to invite more guests, we have configurations using exterior space that allows more people (up to 30). Please call to discuss those options. The package includes: • An in-person consultation/chapel tour with the couple if feasible (1hour) • A 30-minute consultation with the couple by phone or by Zoom/ Skype if requested • Unlimited phone and email consultations • A ceremony designed with your input • A state authorized celebrant officiating your ceremony • A 1.5-hour time slot - Time to decorate, have the ceremony and time to take pictures. We do not offer photography as part of the package. We make the venue available for a reasonable amount of time before and after the ceremony for pictures to be taken. • A 10% discount is extended to brides or grooms who are active Military/ First Responders/ Educators • Filing your license with the circuit court that issued your paperwork 21 to 50 guests - $180.00 If you are planning more of a "micro wedding", our “Petite Nuptiale” package is priced at $180.00 (for venues located up to 30 miles from downtown Richmond). It is designed for couples that want a small celebration with between 20 and 50 guests. A rehearsal is not included in the pricing but can be added for additional fees. The package includes: • A 30-minute consultation with the couple by phone or by Zoom/ Skype if requested (an in-person consultation with the couple can be scheduled for an additional fee) • Unlimited phone and email consultations • A ceremony designed with your input • A state authorized celebrant officiating your ceremony (1.5 hours) • Travel to the venue within 30 miles of downtown Richmond* • Filing your license with the circuit court that issued your paperwork 50 or More Guests - $210.00 (without a rehearsal) 50 or More Guests - $300.00 (with a rehearsal) Our "Grand Celebration" package is priced at $300.00 (for venues located up to 30 miles from downtown Richmond). It is designed for couples that want a larger, more formal celebration with 50 or more invited guests. A discount is offered if you do not need an officiant at the rehearsal. The package includes: • A 1-hour consultation with the couple by phone or by Zoom/ Skype if requested (an in-person consultation with the couple can be scheduled for an additional fee) • Unlimited phone and email consultations • A ceremony designed with your input • Attending your rehearsal (1hour) • A state authorized celebrant officiating your ceremony (2 hours) • Travel to the venue within 30 miles of downtown Richmond* • A 10% discount is extended to brides or grooms who are active Military/ First Responders/ Educators • Filing your license with the circuit court that issued your paperwork *Additional charges for rehearsals and travel outside of Richmond.
