I usually quote an hourly rate and then work on an estimate of hours after getting the details of a project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After a customer and I have connected via Thumbtack, I like to exchange emails or hold a quick 10 minute phone call to debrief on the project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have more than 20 years professional experience in public relations, education policy and public policy work. I have a degree from Syracuse University in newspaper journalism.
