Asked Ean to do an inspection of a home I was considering buying. The impressive thing about his work is that he has nothing to hide. He is open and is happy to explain everything he sees and shares any knowledge he has and his thought processes which help you understand what he finds and helps you make up your mind on what is found out about the home. He crawls into the spaces I was afraid to venture into, he climbs where he needs to to get a view of rooves and attics. He documents everything w pictures and presents his findings in a clear report. Essentially exactly what you need to make a decision on a home, and with the openness and candor that leaves you feeling completely on the up'n'up. Highly recommended.

Mr Steidel very honest and a pleasure to deal with I have already recommended Mr Steidel To my friends ,family and co workers He was very thorough and informative With what he found . My wife and I are an older couple it was a a relief to my wife and I His report was easy to understand None of this confusing legal jargon .
