- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For the most part my pricing is straightforward and I definitely beat any big box. The variables are parts which is where I can save you money, especially if you can wait a few days.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am in school every semester taking classes, getting certifications and advancing my knowledge. Cybersecurity is at the forefront for me and security goes deeper than a antivirus software program.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Potential hacks, virus removal (like ransomware), data recovery and performance tuning. You can also throw in a few where a grandchild threw a laptop across the room like a frisbee.
