Booking Deposit A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. Your booking is not confirmed until the deposit is received. This deposit reserves your date, covers scheduling, and preparation for the service. Cancellation Policy All deposits are non-refundable if the client cancels or fails to provide access to the property at the scheduled service time. No Refund Policy Due to travel expenses, labor costs, and crew scheduling, HeavenPro Home Services does not offer refunds once a service has been completed. Our team must be compensated for their time and work performed. Customer Satisfaction If there are any concerns with the completed service, the client must notify us within 24 hours of service completion. We will review the concern and may offer a touch-up if the issue falls within the scope of the agreed service. Payment The remaining balance is due immediately upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. By booking services with HeavenPro Home Services, the client acknowledges and agrees to these terms.
