The work in general deserves a 4/5 stars. But the person “Jay and Gray” were very polite, nice, and respectful. They clean the kitchen and the restrooms with perfection. The bedrooms are very nice to walk in now. Thank you so much also for your responsiveness, you guys clutch by also being available 3 days prior to our travel.

I booked a cleaning with RestEasy a week in advance. So I was surprised when they texted me an hour before the cleaning and requested a two-hour delay. I declined because we had already planned our day around the cleaning and were expecting guests the next day. 10:30 came and went. Then 11:30. Then 12:30. After no one showed up for THREE HOURS after our appointed start time, I cancelled their services. I’m still furious. Never again.
