Awesome crew showed up. They were professional, worked hard without a break other than a water break. It was hot & muggy. They were very careful with my furniture, tore down beds & set them back up. They did the same with 2 dressers with mirrors, a large 2 piece china cabinet. They didn't scratch any of my furniture. They put the furniture exactly where I wanted even when I changed my mind. They worked hard & did a great job. Actually went above & beyond. I highly reccomend this company to handle your move.

This is probably going to sound more like a paid review. It isn't. I swear. I'm just that pleased. They well exceeded expectations. Several weeks ago D3 loaded a truck for me for my long-distance move. My furniture and my wishes were treated with respect. In one case I wanted a door taken down instead of taking a table apart. No problem. Large furniture or heavy boxes. No problem. The truck was packed so it wouldn't shift or damage. I needed a handicap ramp removed and loaded onto the truck where I could drop it off. No problem. And remember that door I wanted removed. We forgot to put it back up. They even came right back and put it back up!! Very professional. Courteous, clean, cheerful and very efficient. Big smiles. What you agreed upon is what you pay. These are your guys!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have three hour mini which is $325 .. Long Haul moves I like to beat my competitors quotes so share . Regular labor move would start 2 guys at $85 for the first 2 hours 110 after that and 3guys the first two hours 95 an hour and $125 after that .. We also have a deal going on first 3 hours at 110 get your 4th hour free. Just let us know what you need and we will discuss the prices!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I would like to introduce myself get to know the customer a little bit see exactly what kind of work that customer needs done. And get started on what they need done
