The service was excellent. The men were friendly, knowledgeable, and completed the work ( fixing the leak in my roof, which turned out to be around the vents) in a timely fashion. Certainly will call them again.Oct 21, 2016Verified

These guys are a joke! They gave us an estimate, said they'd be there in two weeks. After 4 weeks I called and they said they'd see me Friday. Friday they called and said they didn't know when they'd get there. Now it's going on 5 weeks and I have to start all over again trying to find a "reputable" contractor! The back up contractor now has other jobs lined up.Aug 27, 2016VerifiedAll Around Home Repairs's reply
Hi Barb, thank you for your honest review, and we sincerely apologize for not being able to make it as scheduled. Many construction projects last longer than we’d like (or can expect due to unforeseen circumstances), and we sometimes get behind schedule. In the future we will do our best to plan accordingly and give a further notice if we may not be able to make it. I appreciate your feedback on how we can improve. Hope you have a great day.
