Kasey is a gifted chef with unique training. I am so glad she brought her Italian cooking skills, in particular, back to the Blue Ridge Mountains! Our family loves her generously portioned and delicious meals and I am particularly grateful for her dishes that I can pop in the oven on a busy school night. A true gem!
