Hi. My Clutter Solutions has been up and running since April 2013 when I decided to follow my passion of helping people. I understand ADHD, OCD, OCPD, and how mental and physical health can affect our home’s disorganization. I work with everyone from parents who struggle with the day to day Clutter to the sandwich generation helping their parents to downsize and staging to sell the family home. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing reflects the experience I bring to the project. I have a degree from Virginia Tech in Human Services/Human Development and bring that knowledge to each project. I have been in the Roanoke Valley for over 30 years and have many resources to share - my clients laugh that “I know a guy” for everything. In addition, I provide many of the needed supplies free of charge and work during the off hours to ensure you have support throughout our time together. I strive to create relationships that go far beyond my hourly rate.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually work side by side with the client for a 2 hour session. We look at everything together and make decisions on keep, toss, donate. I try to take donations away the same day.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
BS in Human Services / Human Development from Virginia Tech
