Very responsive, punctual, and fairly priced. I have two small children and three dogs and my carpeted steps and large sectional couch were so dirty that I was hit in the face with a musky odor every time I walked in the door. For $100 Russell left both sparkling clean and smelling fantastic, and the odor is completely gone from my house! I’m extremely pleased and plan to use him in the future for maintenance.
