Colby Paige Catering, headed by the very talented Chef Gilbert Dawes provided an outstanding experience for our wedding. We had 200 guests and the menu and service were professional and absolutely delicious! We had a variety of appetizers and the dinner choices were fabulous. Chef Gil met with us prior to the wedding and together we worked out a menu and price. Chef graciously provided us with a tasting and we knew he was the man! Chef Gil and his staff were polite, on time, clean, and on point! Thank you Colby Paige Catering for making our wedding (at the Norfolk Masonic Temple) a fabulous affair!!! W & T Hughes Sept. 2014

Chef Gil and his very personable and helpful staff made my daughter's Sandbridge wedding a success! Not only was the food delicious,but he was so accommodating and readily available by text or phone anytime I wanted to make a change. We are from northern Va, and when we wanted to do a tasting at my daughter's bachelorette party, he drove out of his way for over an hour in rush hour traffic to deliver to the bride! He would also text me with ideas he had for the menu. The price was extremely reasonable for such quality food items! Guest comments about the food included; shrimp seasoned and cooked to perfection, zucchini fritters out of this world, prime rib and chicken very tender, pineapple mango sauce on the grilled mahi really tasty.......and TONS of great comments about the wait staff! I couldn'' t be happier with Gil and his team! Thank you again!

Mr. Dawes of Colby Paige Catering did an outstanding job for 120 people with very short notice. The food was excellent for the application, which was chaos with people moving all over town all day long. His execution was perfect in timing and budget. We absolutely could not have asked for more. He was professional, personable and more importantly for us, did exactly what he said he would do. Mr. Dawes has my personal and professional recommendation without hesitation. Wayne Groover
