Ty was very respectful and courteous during the appointment. But he was late. He called at the appointment time and said he was on the way. That did not concern me. Just a note. I was busy tending to my yard while he cleaned my home. I'd originally asked for laundry services but ended up doing this on my own prior to the appointment. One less job for him to comple. I came in and checked on him a couple of times, and he was working, or so it seemed. I took only a short glance at his work during my run-through, which I deeply regret, but I was tired from being outside living branches and buckets and glad not to have to come in and clean. but now that it's the next day, and I've had some proper sleep. I can see that this was a half done job. So I'll hire someone more experienced to do the job right. I supplied a list of tasks per room and now see they were not even attempted. He did not even wipe the shower walls or clean the toilet or sink. [Directly written in the list] He did not touch the windows. [Included in thumbtack project] Which was selected in the project and on the list. These areas do not even have wipe marks to show an attempt. The counters were wiped well. And my cabinets too, but there was hair on them? Like he had used a rag from somewhere else to clean the cabinets? I hope not. The inside of the stove was done well. But not the top. There is still grease splatter on the stove. I even helped him clean the fridge while he did other rooms before going outside. I told him to focus only on the fridge side and not worry about the freezer. So, half the work, you expect it to be done well? But now that I'm looking again. I can see that the door was not cleaned. Only the shelves. But I paid [very well] for a deep clean. I would never call this a deep clean. Which is upsetting since he was so respectful. Photos attached. When I told him this, he responded, "You did a walk through..." My experience was nothing like the other reviewers. I'm very disappointed.
