My name is Gladys Parker and I'm writing this review for Mark Walton. While I am not an actual customer of Mark's, I have seen he work. Last year Mark moved in next door to me and proceeded to renovate his house. The house is very old and needed a lot of work. Mark pulled up all of the carpet and redid the wooden floors underneath. He sanded the floors and varnished them to a beautiful shine. He installed new ceiling fans in all of the rooms.Mark removed all of the old tile in the house and replaced the tile in the kitchen, bathroom and what was the den. The kitchen cabinets were redone and lighting was installed under the kitchen cabinets.Years of wallpaper and paint were removed from the walls. The new paint job is awesome. He removed an old mantel from the living room and you would never know it was even there. Mark is very proud of his work and I don't think you can go wrong if you asked him to do work for you. I don't believe that you would be disappointed in his work.
