I was unable to remove and replace my master bath sink faucets myself - four total. I punted, and had Griffin come out. They were able to remove the old fixtures. We hit a snag - the holes were 1 inch wide - millimeters too small for the faucets I bought pre-COVID (I like the fixtures and it was way too late to take them back to the store and swap them.) They had to come back twice before they got a tool to widen the holes in the granite counter top. But once that was solved, the new hardware went in fast.
During this time frame they said their van broke down and was then broken into. So it was a tough job for everyone involved. I finally have my master sinks working again.
