Hired on Thumbtack

This 'contractor' is an enigma, I guess. He contacted me a week ago, scheduled an appointment for Tuesday evening and never showed up or called! I even called him and did not even get a response to my message for another date/time for an estimate to do the work I needed done. I did not want to pick a star to rate my experience but had to choose 1 just to submit my review! If given a choice, no star! Not a good way to treat people or one's reputation!

Hired on Thumbtack

Mike Patterson and another guy came out to do measurements. We discussed picking flooring and kitchen cabinets....this was done December 13th. I've messaged on Thumbtack multiple times, left a VM and still no response. I'm extremely disappointed. If they didn't want the job they could have just said so instead of falling off the face of the earth!!
