Chris of Baum Renovations has done quite a few projects for me this year. He takes pride in his work and does a good job every time. He added gutter guard that came from Home Depot at a reasonable cost. No more cleaning the gutters!!! ... he replaced most of my windows and replaced a sill that was rotten. He wrapped the brick mold in aluminum. His source for windows included standard features that were add-ons for the cheap replacements. No more drafts !!!! ... Baum Renovations installed aluminum wrap on the fascia and frieze boards and a nice vinyl beadboard over the soffits. I recommend Baum Renovations. No more painting!!!

Completely remodeled one house for me and did many repairs on the one I live in, ie: electrical, plumbing, ceramic floors in 4 room, fixed roof leak. Kind of a on call guy, I'm at the age I can't do a lot of my own maintenance and Chris comes almost immediately.

Chris remodeled our bathroom and it is beautiful. The work required moving the toilet, water lines, additional electrical and tiling the entire floor and new shower. Chris is a thorough and detailed oriented craftsmen capable of executing any design requirement.

Hired on Thumbtack

We had two leaks from our tub, at the drain and the overflow. We also had a slow draining drain. Chris Baum answered my Thumbtack inquiry with an estimate from the information I provided on Thumbtack, the same day I made it. We set an appointment time for Chris to either come and look at the problem or repair it. Chris arrived on time and was very professional. Chris looked at the tub, evaluated the problem and as well as the fix and got right to work. Chris was very professional and in approximately one and a half hours, the job was completed, the area was neat and clean and most importantly, the problem was fixed. The job cost me a little more than Chriss on line estimate, due to parts needed for the repair. We are very satisfied with Chriss work.

Most of my repeated clients tend to call me for their plumbing repair issues, or electrical concerns in addition to the larger remodeling tasks that I have done for them. I enjoy some of the smaller stuff too, because I'm in & out quickly & strive to provide quick results on them.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
I aim to provide top notch repairs at fair pricing! I stay small to eliminate costly overhead expenses! Most of my repeated customers appreciate this, as well as my extensive construction knowledge applied to their needed remodeling tasks!
