FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There are too many factors to list here when it comes to pricing but in the end, it comes down to level of difficulty and the level of service requested. There is a different pricing structure for daily accounts than weekly ones. One rule of thumb in the cleaning industry is that a client will likely get what they pay for. Potential clients should look at the value of the service offered. I know for a fact that we are NEVER the cheapest (because we always ask whether we are hired or not) and will never claim to be. We do the job right, period.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Continuous training on industry standards is critical in the cleaning business. We not only stay on top of all the latest trends and developments, we provide technical feedback to product vendors on the performance of their products and how well cleaning systems function.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
At one point I was a government facility manager who managed the efforts of service providers for various tasks for my buildings. I was never happy with the level of service I received under government contracts. We started this business to become a premiere provider of services that without question, would be the best in the business. We are well on our way!!
