- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Estimates by phone or written after house measurements are always FREE. Base Fee for Repairs and or re-stretches Start at $75.00 and up. Installation fees will reflect the job description.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After making initial contact with the client, it is established whether the client is looking to purchase new carpet, laminate flooring, vinyl or a re-stretch or carpet repair. To which an appointment is scheduled accordingly.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Second generation of continual carpet installation, a trade learned from my father 30 years ago.
