My roots, however, have always been grounded in the soulful flavors of the dishes I grew up with. Raised on soul food, I developed a deep appreciation for rich, comforting flavors. Chef Desi catered our Sunday afternoon birthday celebration. The food was delicious, all request were delivered as planned and it was a wonderful dining experience. I would request her service again. I would also highly recommend her catering service.

Chef Desi provided catering services during Christmas, and everything was absolutely wonderful. She prepared a great variety of delicious Southern foods for both dinner and brunch. The menu included crab fish, fried chicken, curry chicken, cabbage, and mac and cheese plus much more —all of which were flavorful and cooked perfectly. The food was well-seasoned, fresh, and enjoyed by everyone. On top of that, Chef Desi has a very nice and welcoming personality, which made the whole experience even better. I highly recommend her for catering, especially for holiday events
