Felt like my A/C was running a bit much (more than 12 hrs per day.) Hadn’t done annual maintenance since we got the house 2 years ago, so wasn’t sure if everything was running well. Technician came (on time!) and performed the necessary inspections and cleaning, nothing was notable about the maintenance (said the unit looked in good condition which is expected since its no more than 3 years old.) Technician left workspace in clean condition, worked quickly and professionally. I even learned about dampers I didn’t know were in my system (instead of vaguely describing where they were, technician went back up 2 flights into the the stuffy attic to show me. A+ for extra effort.) I would use again because they were timely, didn’t make up problems to fix and the price I was charged way less than I was budgeting for licenses and insured HVAC work (even just to clean it.)
