Introduction: I have more than 10 years of kitchen experience, with a degree in hotel and restaurant management and an associate's degree in international culinary arts and professional kitchen management. I love to teach what I learned for the passion of spreading "the passion" of creating healthy gourmet and homemade dishes to friends and family and also the occasional dishes that will make you run the extra mile or two.
