I browse popular technology forums to learn of any techniques or products I might be unaware of. I also frequently browse online computer part retailer websites to keep up to date on sales they are having to ensure I can give customers the lowest price.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
A computer repair class I took in high school really interested me and the first time a relative asked me to fix a problem they were having and gave me praise, the rewarding feeling I got from helping them made me want to help people even more.
